Calle 98 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your gear.

•  If your item arrives damaged, wrong item, or bad print quality → contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or give a full refund.

•  Because every piece is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns just because you changed your mind or the fit is not perfect.

•  Size issues are not covered unless the item is clearly defective.

All refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item (if approved).
